2) ossicular chain reconstruction

3) cochlear implants

4) implantable hearing aids

5) BAHA

6) surgery for superior canal dehiscence

7) laser stapedectomy

8) use of bone cements in ossicular chain reconstruction

9) surgery for vestibular disorders

10) vestibular schwannoma surgery

11) intratympanic steroids for sudden hearing loss

12) auditory brainstem implants
